Exegy Summit
MOTION GRAPHICSAs the motion designer for the 2025 Exegy Client Summit in New York City, I was responsible for creating a fully cohesive visual system across more than 50 on-screen assets. These designs supported discussions around market-data infrastructure and the unveiling of the Exegy Nexus™ prototype, ensuring every screen reinforced the event’s narrative and elevated the overall attendee experience.

Area Layout
The client handed off a detailed floor-plan of the conference space for the 2025 Exegy Client Summit — including the exact positions where video screens would be placed — giving me a clear map of where each on-screen asset needed to live. With that blueprint in hand, I was responsible for designing over 50 motion graphic screens, ensuring they fit precisely into the physical layout and flowed smoothly in sequence as attendees moved through the space.
Storyboard
I storyboarded the full video sequence in Figma to establish a clean visual blueprint before moving into production to save time. With more than fifty screens playing in a coordinated flow, Figma allowed me to map out timing, transitions, and content hierarchy in a single, shareable space. This made it easier to align with the client, ensure narrative clarity, and give the event crew a clear picture of how each screen connected within the larger motion system before any final animation work began.
Test Footage
To ensure the visuals performed flawlessly across every display at the venue, we collaborated closely with the event’s technical crew. This included verifying resolution requirements, screen ratios, playback specs, and how each surface responded to motion, color, and brightness. By mapping our animations to the exact physical layout, we ensured that each visual cue transitioned cleanly from screen to screen. We then reviewed the test footage provided by the client to confirm alignment, timing, and overall visual continuity-allowing us to fine-tune the sequence for a seamless, unified show moment.
“You guys did an extraordinary job and I am so grateful for your work. Everyone was impressed.”Ashley Wescott, Field Marketing
